Packers place two-time All-Pro on injured reserve
The Green Bay Packers have placed left tackle David Bakhtiari on injured reserve due to a knee injury. There is a possibility that Bakhtiari could miss the remainder of the season. Bakhtiari has been dealing with issues stemming from a torn ACL in 2020 and has missed the past two games. Despite his absence, the Packers’ offensive line has performed well, with second-year tackle Rasheed Walker filling in nicely. In other injury news, wide receiver Christian Watson and running back Aaron Jones are expected to play in the game against the Detroit Lions after recovering from hamstring injuries.
