49ers RB Christian McCaffrey Leaves the Game, Then Makes a Comeback Against the Falcons
The San Francisco 49ers are facing another injury setback as running back Christian McCaffrey suffered a thigh injury during their game against the Atlanta Falcons. He left early but returned in the second half after treatment, having initially scored a touchdown during the opening drive. Despite his efforts, he only had one touch before leaving again. The 49ers are already without key players like Mike Evans (Achilles), Nick Bosa (calf), and Deebo Samuel, with a total of 14 players on injured reserve. McCaffrey has been a standout this season, contributing significantly to the team’s 6-0 record.
