Sources: Rams to Sign Free Agent Kicker Brandon McManus
The Los Angeles Rams are signing kicker Brandon McManus following an injury to Blake Grupe, who tore his ACL in Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals. Grupe had just started for the Rams after replacing Harrison Mevis. McManus previously kicked for the Green Bay Packers, where he was successful on 44 of 51 attempts over two seasons. Before joining the Packers in 2024, he spent nine seasons with the Denver Broncos and one with the Jacksonville Jaguars. McManus was previously investigated by the NFL for potential personal conduct policy violations but was cleared in September 2024.
