Cardinals place RB Knight on IR, ruling him out for the rest of the season
Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight has been placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury, ending his season with three games left. This adds to the team’s running back struggles, as Knight joins James Conner and Trey Benson on injured reserve. Knight had shared ball-carrying duties this season, finishing with 269 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Wide receiver Andre Baccellia was also placed on injured reserve after a neck injury. The Cardinals signed wide receiver Jalen Brooks and offensive lineman Marques Cox to address the roster changes. Safety Patrick McMorris was re-signed to the practice squad, while offensive lineman Trey Wedig was released.
