Raiders quarterback Geno Smith suffered a quad contusion during the game against the Broncos but re-entered after missing two offensive plays. Despite being in a lot of pain, he wanted to finish the game for his teammates. Smith toughed it out and tried to block out the pain. Kenny Pickett played the snaps Smith missed, and Smith had a heating pad on his left quad in the final minutes of the game. Smith’s tough year includes throwing the most interceptions in the NFL, and the Raiders are 2-7. The Raiders have a mini bye before their next game against the Cowboys on Monday Night Football.
