Week 2 Recap of the AFC North
The Cincinnati Bengals started the season 2-0 for the first time since 2018, but suffered a setback with QB Joe Burrow’s Grade 3 turf toe injury requiring surgery, sidelining him for three months. Despite Burrow’s absence, WRs Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins stepped up, while Bengals’ first-round pick Shemar Stewart is week-to-week with an injury. The Baltimore Ravens bounced back with a win over the Cleveland Browns, led by Lamar Jackson’s passing game and Zay Flowers’ performance. The Pittsburgh Steelers fell to the Seattle Seahawks due to special teams blunders and a subpar performance by Aaron Rodgers. The Browns are now 0-2, with QB Joe Flacco struggling and rookie QB Dillon Gabriel getting playing time. Rookie RB Quinshon Judkins showed promise for the Browns despite the loss.
