Micah Parsons will be the first Green Bay Packer to sport No. 1 since Curly Lambeau
Micah Parsons, a former Penn State All-American who recently joined the Green Bay Packers, switched from wearing No. 11 to No. 1 after finding out that No. 11 was already taken by Jayden Reed. He made this announcement at his introductory news conference. Parsons will be the first Packers player to wear the number since Curly Lambeau in the 1920s. The decision between No. 0 and No. 1 was put to a poll by Parsons for his followers, but he did not reveal the reason behind choosing No. 1. Throughout his time with the Cowboys, Parsons achieved 52.5 sacks in four seasons.
