Raiders acquire DT Thomas Booker from Eagles in exchange for CB Jakorian Bennett
The Raiders have traded cornerback Jakorian Bennett to the Eagles for defensive tackle Thomas Booker IV. The Eagles now have a strong cornerback group with Bennett joining their roster. Bennett will compete with Ringo and Jackson for a starting job. Bennett, a fourth-round pick, has 58 tackles and 11 passes defensed. The Raiders needed help in the middle of their defensive line and acquired Booker, who played in all 17 games for the Eagles last season. Booker, a fifth-round pick, was released by the Texans in 2023 and signed to the Eagles’ practice squad.
