Jack Jones signs a contract with the Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins have signed veteran cornerback Jack Jones after Artie Burns tore his ACL. Jones, a former Patriot and Raider, signed a one-year deal with the team. He was a fourth-round pick in 2022 and started 16 games for the Raiders in 2024, recording 69 tackles, three interceptions, and a touchdown. However, he was released after a regime change in Las Vegas. With the Dolphins needing cornerback depth, Jones has a chance to compete for a starting role in Miami this season due to the team’s lack of experienced corners.
