Jauan Jennings Takes Part in Opening Day of 49ers Training Camp
Last year, Brandon Aiyuk didn’t practice until he got a new contract from the 49ers, but Jauan Jennings is taking a different approach. Despite wanting a new deal, Jennings reported to camp and participated in practice. General Manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan praised Jennings for his leadership and performance at practice. Although there were rumors that Jennings wanted to be traded if he didn’t get the contract he desired, Shanahan clarified that Jennings has not made any trade requests at this point. Jennings seems open to continuing with the team for the upcoming season.
