Super Bowl champions Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs will be featured in eight stand-alone games during the upcoming NFL season but won’t face the Eagles in a rematch game. Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson will face off in Week 1, while Aaron Rodgers might face his former team, the Steelers, in the same week. The Eagles will raise their championship banner against the Cowboys on 4 September. The Chiefs will face the Chargers in Brazil on 5 September. Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Kelce, will be in the spotlight with the Chiefs during various prime-time games, including a rematch with the Bills in November. Numerous international games will be played, including in Ireland and Britain. The NFL schedule release has become a weeklong event, with marquee games announced daily leading up to a full release.
