Dorsey is anticipated to become a member of the Cowboys coaching staff
Dallas Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer is finalizing his staff, with Ken Dorsey expected to join as a pass-game specialist. Dorsey, former offensive coordinator for the Bills and Browns, was fired last month. He will work with Schottenheimer and offensive coordinator Klayton Adams. Dorsey took over playcalling for the Browns in 2023 after Deshaun Watson’s injury but was let go after the team struggled. Schottenheimer will call plays for the Cowboys, with Steve Shimko as quarterbacks coach. They have also hired Junior Adams and Conor Riley from college programs to coach receivers and the offensive line, respectively.
