Cowboys bring on Steve Shimko as new quarterbacks coach
The Cowboys have hired Steve Shimko as their quarterbacks coach to replace Scott Tolzien. Shimko, who previously was the offensive analyst for the team, has experience working with head coach Brian Schottenheimer in Seattle. He has also worked at various colleges and the Boston College Eagles. Additionally, Ken Dorsey has been hired as the pass game specialist, working alongside Schottenheimer and offensive coordinator Klayton Adams. Dorsey takes over from Chase Haslett in this role.
