Brisker, Gordon out for Bears’ secondary
Courtney Cronin, an ESPN staff writer, reports that the Chicago Bears will be missing two starters, Jaquan Brisker and Kyler Gordon, in their upcoming game against Washington. Brisker is in the concussion protocol, while Gordon is dealing with a hamstring injury. Safety Elijah Hicks and nickel Josh Blackwell will start in their place. The team also released Velus Jones Jr. and Khari Blasingame, while offensive tackle Larry Borom and running back Travis Homer returned to practice. The Bears have two open roster spots as they prepare for their upcoming game.
