Samuel and Williams both uncertain for Niners game
In a recent report by ESPN’s Nick Wagoner, the San Francisco 49ers are facing injury concerns ahead of their game against the New England Patriots. Tight end George Kittle is set to return from a hamstring injury, while receiver Deebo Samuel and left tackle Trent Williams are questionable. Safety Talanoa Hufanga also may not be able to play due to an ankle injury. Running back Christian McCaffrey is receiving treatment for Achilles tendinitis and could return in October. On the defensive side, Jordan Elliott is questionable, while linebacker Curtis Robinson suffered a torn ACL. These injuries may lead to roster changes for the Niners.
