Former Panthers executive Wilson charged with domestic violence
Former Carolina Panthers vice president of player personnel Adrian Wilson was arrested on three domestic violence charges in Scottsdale, Arizona. Wilson allegedly choked his wife after finding separation papers and learning she hired a private investigator, suspecting him of having an affair. He became violent, damaging property and threatening suicide. Wilson, a former NFL safety, spent 13 seasons with the Arizona Cardinals before transitioning to a front office role. He joined the Panthers in 2023 but was let go after the incident. Wilson’s next court date is in July, facing misdemeanor charges related to the domestic violence incident.
