Johnson III from the Defensive back position has reached an agreement with the Rams
The Los Angeles Rams have re-signed defensive back John Johnson III, who returned to the team in 2023 after a stint with the Cleveland Browns. Johnson, 28, had a solid season in 2022 with 42 tackles, two interceptions, and six pass breakups in 17 games. He was originally drafted by the Rams in 2017 and has since accumulated 392 tackles, 10 interceptions, and 38 pass breakups in 71 career regular-season games. Johnson also has playoff experience with the Rams, playing in seven games and making 42 tackles. He signed with the Browns in 2021 and had 162 tackles, four interceptions, and nine pass breakups in 32 games.
