The Steelers bolster their wide receiver depth with new signing
The Pittsburgh Steelers added depth at wide receiver by signing Jacob Copeland, a former Florida and Maryland player. Copeland, who went undrafted last year, had success at Florida before transferring to Maryland for his redshirt senior season. He led Maryland in yards per reception but did not have as big of an impact as he did at Florida. Copeland has also spent time with the Titans, Vikings, and Chiefs. In addition, the Steelers were awarded defensive tackle Willington Previlon off waivers. Previlon, who went undrafted in 2020, has had stints with several NFL teams before joining the Steelers.
