Denzel Mims to Join Jaguars as a Free Agent
After being cut by the Steelers, Denzel Mims quickly signed with the Jaguars. Mims, a former second-round pick by the Jets in 2020, had been on Pittsburgh’s practice squad last season before signing a futures deal. He caught 42 passes for 676 yards in his first three seasons with the Jets but was traded to Detroit last summer and waived. Mims has not played in a regular-season game since 2022, but he will now have the opportunity to make an impact with the Jaguars.
