Report: Tee Higgins, Bengals WR, to Sign Franchise Tender
Wide receiver Tee Higgins is set to sign his franchise tender and attend training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite wanting a trade in March due to stalled contract negotiations, Higgins now plans to play for the Bengals in the upcoming NFL season. The franchise tag was placed on Higgins in February, giving until July 15 to negotiate a long-term deal. However, talks have not progressed in over a year, making a multi-year contract unlikely.
