Ravens Host Tryout for Impressive D.C. Defenders Edge Rusher: Report
The Baltimore Ravens are hosting former Villanova defensive end Malik Fisher for a workout during minicamp. Fisher has been a standout player for the D.C. Defenders in the United Football League, with 33 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and seven sacks in a 10-game season. Despite his impressive performance, Fisher was snubbed from the All-UFL Team, according to Sports Illustrated. Fisher played college football at Villanova from 2017-2021, starting in 42 games and finishing his senior season with 51 tackles, four sacks, and an interception. The Ravens are giving Fisher an opportunity to showcase his skills and potentially earn a spot on their roster.
