Marvin Harrison Jr. is wearing his Cardinals jersey at rookie minicamp, but fans cannot buy his jersey because he has not signed the NFLPA’s joint licensing agreement. Harrison, who signed an NIL deal with Fanatics while in college, wants to renegotiate the agreement before giving them the rights to sell his jersey. He has not disclosed what it would take for him to sign the deal. While other top picks have top-selling jerseys, NFL Shop cannot offer Harrison’s jersey until he signs the agreement, and he does not seem to be in a rush to do so.
