Report: Ravens reportedly made multi-year contract offer to Derrick Henry worth average of $6.5 million
The Baltimore Ravens have offered running back Derrick Henry a multi-year contract with an average of $6.5 million per year during the NFL’s legal tampering period. Despite this offer being much lower than other running backs in the league, given Henry’s age of 30 and high career workload, it is understandable. Henry has been consistent in terms of durability and production, having rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored double-digit touchdowns in five of the last six seasons.
