49-year-old former Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Tony Hutson has passed away
Former Cowboys offensive lineman Tony Hutson passed away at the age of 49. Before the 1996 draft, a tumor was found behind his right lung, but it turned out to be benign. He signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent and played 17 games with four starts from 1997-1999. Hutson also played in the Cowboys’ lone playoff game after the 1998 season. He went on to play for Washington in 2000 and was on the Raiders’ practice squad in 2001 before retiring.
