Marcus Haynes Signs with Texans
The Texans signed defensive end Marcus Haynes to their offseason roster. Haynes previously played for the Broncos after going undrafted from Old Dominion. Although he did not make the final cut, he returned to the practice squad before being released in November. The terms of the contract with the Texans were not disclosed. The team currently has defensive end Will Anderson under contract for 2024, but several other defensive ends are set to become free agents next month, including Jonathan Greenard, Jerry Hughes, and Derek Barnett.
