Analyst suggests that the Steelers are making a ‘significant misjudgment’
Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette revealed that the Steelers’ locker room is divided and does not have a clear No. 1 quarterback. The team is not interested in bringing in a quarterback who wants to be a starter, despite being open to the idea earlier. NBC Sports’ Peter King suggests that the Steelers are making a mistake and feels they should not enter camp with Kenny Pickett and Mason Rudolph as their quarterbacks. Rudolph may choose to have a fresh start elsewhere, but that doesn’t mean Pittsburgh should keep Pickett as the starter. The Steelers need a change at quarterback to contend for the playoffs and a Super Bowl in the upcoming season.
