The game averaged 123.4 million viewers across television and streaming platforms, breaking the previous year’s record. The game was also the second Super Bowl to go to overtime. Nielsen also reported a record 202.4 million viewers watching at least part of the game across all networks. The NFL playoffs and regular season also experienced an increase in viewership compared to the previous year. Additionally, the game had the highest viewership on record for a Spanish-language network.
