Employees’ Responses: Lamar Jackson Named 2023 NFL MVP
Lamar Jackson has won his second league MVP, joining an 11-person list of multiple MVP winners. Despite a disappointing end to the Ravens’ 2023 season, the reactions from the Beatdown staff were overwhelmingly positive. Jackson’s value as the most important player on the league’s best team this regular season is unquestioned, as he performed at a high level all year and led the Ravens to clinching the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Many believe he is in the conversation for the second best QB in the NFL and that he will continue to be an MVP contender for years to come. Despite mixed feelings about the award, Jackson’s MVP is well-deserved.
