Is the NFC East a potential destination for Saquon Barkley, the Giants RB?
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley could become a target for the Dallas Cowboys, despite Barkley’s desire to be a Giant for life. He has mentioned earlier that he’s uncertain about the future. However, it could be expensive for Dallas to sign him. They are currently over the cap and would have to make room to afford Barkley’s estimated $9.9M annual salary. Additionally, this season, Tony Pollard had more rushing yards than Barkley. So, it seems that adding Barkley isn’t a priority for the Cowboys because the team needs to improve their ground attack but is currently limited by their cap space.
