NFL legend’s grandson hired as Rams’ defensive coordinator
The Rams have promoted Chris Shula, their pass rush coordinator and linebackers coach, to the position of defensive coordinator following the departure of Raheem Morris. Shula has been with the Rams for seven seasons and has steadily climbed the coaching ranks. He was reportedly sought after by other teams, but the Rams were not willing to let him go. Additionally, the Rams are considering another current staff member, AC Carter, for a vacant coaching position. Carter has been credited with helping a rookie achieve the team lead in sacks this past season.
