The top five players who played for both the 49ers and Eagles
Terrell Owens had a short but memorable career in Philadelphia after coming from San Francisco in 2004. He had 592 catches, 8,572 yards, and 81 touchdowns with San Francisco, and quickly paid off for the Eagles. Ricky Watters made the Pro Bowl in his first five seasons after being drafted by San Francisco, and his three scores in Super Bowl XXIX helped the team win. Brian Westbrook remains the Eagles’ third-leading rusher and had 426 catches for 3,790 yards in eight years with the team. He was released in 2009, signed by San Francisco for one season, and retired as a Philadelphia Eagle in 2012.
