Miami Dolphins Bring in Former All-Pro Defensive End Jason Pierre-Paul from Saints Practice Squad
Jason Pierre-Paul, former All-Pro defensive end, has signed with the Miami Dolphins after being on the New Orleans Saints’ practice squad. Pierre-Paul made his season debut with the Saints, but has now joined the Dolphins. He was a menacing pass rusher during his time with the New York Giants and spent four seasons in Tampa, where he was named to his fourth Pro Bowl. Now in Miami, he joins a team that is 8-3 and in contention for the AFC’s top seed. The Dolphins’ interest in Pierre-Paul comes after linebacker Jaelan Phillips suffered a season-ending injury.
