Saints quarterback Derek Carr left the game due to an injury and is being evaluated for a concussion and a shoulder injury. Former starter Jameis Winston filled in for Carr. Marshon Lattimore also has an ankle injury. Deshaun Watson of the Browns suffered an ankle injury but is expected to be ready for the next game. Falcons’ quarterback Taylor Heinicke left the game with a hamstring injury, replaced by Desmond Ridder. Giants’ Kayvon Thibodeaux exited with a concussion.
