Giants TE Waller, QB Taylor hit IR, out 4 games

4 Games Out for Giants TE Waller and QB Taylor as They Hit IR

New York Giants tight end Darren Waller and backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor have been placed on injured reserve and will not return until after the team’s bye week. Waller suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday’s loss to the New York Jets, while Taylor has a rib cage injury. They will both miss at least four games and the earliest they can return is December 11th. This is a major loss for the Giants, as Waller is their leading receiver with 36 catches for 384 yards and one touchdown. The Giants have also placed kicker Graham Gano on injured reserve and signed Randy Bullock to replace him.
