Veteran QB not expected to be moved at trade deadline

Trade Deadline: Veteran QB Unlikely to be Relocated

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins is not expected to waive his no-trade clause before the trade deadline on October 31. Although there is a possibility he could still move if unforeseen circumstances arise, time is running out for Cousins to change his mind. The Vikings, currently 1-4, have been having a disappointing season after winning the NFC North title in 2022. While Cousins has been performing well, leading the league in touchdown passes and completing a high percentage of his attempts, the team may want to move on from him to start anew.
