Browns Reportedly Re-Sign Kareem Hunt following Nick Chubb’s Injury
The Cleveland Browns have signed Kareem Hunt to a one-year deal worth up to $4 million to fill the starting running back position after Nick Chubb’s season-ending injury. Hunt, who spent the last four seasons with the Browns, is familiar with head coach Kevin Stefanski’s system. He rushed for 468 yards and three touchdowns last season while playing all 17 games. Hunt has a total of 4,025 rushing yards and 31 touchdowns in his NFL career with the Browns and Chiefs. Chubb, a Pro Bowl player, was expected to play a major role in the Browns’ playoff hopes this year.
