Groin Injury Forces Steelers to Place Heyward on Injured Reserve
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Cam Heyward has been placed on injured reserve after undergoing surgery for a groin injury sustained in Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers. Heyward, who has been with the team since 2011, will be out for at least four weeks but is expected to miss more time.
