41-year-old future HOF OT joining Seahawks, set for 20th season

Seahawks Welcoming 41-Year-Old veteran OT for 20th Season, a Potential Future Hall of Famer

Jason Peters, a future Hall of Fame offensive tackle, is joining the Seattle Seahawks for his 20th NFL season. If he plays, it will be the fifth team Peters has played for. The 41-year-old has expressed his plan to play in the 2023 season, making him the oldest player in the league since Tom Brady’s retirement. If he takes the field with the Seahawks, he will be the second-oldest offensive lineman since 1950. Peters’ addition comes as Seattle is concerned about the status of their starting offensive tackles. He played as a left tackle for most of his career but switched to right tackle last season.
