You are eligible for a full refund if no ShippingPass-eligible orders have been placed. You cannot receive a refund if you have placed a ShippingPass-eligible order. Like other people have mentioned orders have not been getting filled!! I placed an online order 3 we...eks for a friend's birthday present but it still has not arrived! It's 3 weeks now the only thing that's happened is I've been charged for something I haven't received!
