My dad bought me and the boy Celtics shirts right after the championship (go Celts!). The boy's was waaaayyyyy too big, and we happened to be in town. So, we traipsed over here to exchange it, receipt in hand. Well, first off, the store was closed for inventory so they only had a small kiosk in North Station. I handed over the receipt and explained the situation to the clerk. He stated that they no longer had that shirt because it was a special one for the Championship, so it couldn't be exchanged. I said that was fine--we would do what any other store does for an exchange and pick something else out and, if the second item is more expensive, just pay the difference. He stated that was impossible because they have a 14 day return policy and the 14 days was up YESTERDAY.
Like other people have mentioned orders have not been getting filled!! I placed an online order 3 we...eks for a friend's birthday present but it still has not arrived! It's 3 weeks now the only thing that's happened is I've been charged for something I haven't received!
